Orangetheory Fitness is a 60 minute, heart-rate interval based group fitness program. You wear a heart rate monitor to track the 5 different heart rate zones during the workout: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out. Our certified personal trainers will coach you throughout the class, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in "The Orange Zone" to boost metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories up to 72 hours after you walked out of the studio.
